Transmasters is MTA NYC Transit's Chapter of Toastmasters International, the largest and oldest organization in the world dedicated to helping people improve their public speaking and leadership skills. NYC Transit Transmasters, chartered in 1996, is one of the leading Toastmasters Clubs in the NY-NJ metropolitan area.

We can help you become an effective communicator and leader. At Transmasters you will learn to:

Transmasters can help you become a more polished and professional speaker. We offer a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

At each session, you will have the opportunity to develop your speaking skills in an atmosphere of collegial camaraderie. Our meetings are held on the first and third Thursday every month, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., at 130 Livingston Plaza, in third floor Conference Room 1-2.
